tensorflow MNIST: Kernal Reiniciando; El grano parece haber muerto

Estoy intentando ejecutar los ejemplos de MNIST de docker + tensorflow y get el mismo post de error que https://stackoverflow.com/users/5473110/user5473110 . Utilizando el código Deep MNIST for Experts obtengo el error en el último bloque de input de datos. Cuando acorto el número de bloques, el error aparece en el último bloque. Podría solucionar esto agregando un bloque más a la ejecución. A continuación está el código:
